Great Customer Service

I was notified by email that my razors were "delivered" to my mailbox. I watched the postman deliver our mail that day, yet there was no box of razors this time even though he scanned them "delivered". I emailed patriot shave, waited the weekend to see if they showed up and notified them that they never showed up. Without hesitation Patriot Shave shipped out a replacement order. I can't remember the last time I had such hassle-free customer service!
