The Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Website Name and how the company uses it.
Patriot Shave (referred to here as “Patriot Shave” or “we” or “us”) values and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to our offline and online data collection practices, including when you visit and interact with our website at http://www.patrtiotshave.com (“Site”), contact us by phone or email, register for an account with us, place an order, sign up for our mailing list, respond to a survey, participate in any sweepstakes or contests, or when you engage with us on our social media accounts (together with any future online and offline offerings, the “Services.”)
We may update this Policy from time to time, as specified in the “Changes to This Privacy Policy” in Section 12 below.

- How We Share Your Personal Information
We share your personal information with:
- Our Corporate Family. We are not part of a corporate family and do not share your personal information with anyone outside of our company.
- Service Providers. We share your information with service providers who have agreed to keep the information confidential and use it only to provide the applicable service(s) that we use to support our business and operations such as vendors that host our Site and data and fraud detection companies.
- Third-Party Vendors. We share your information with third party vendors that we work with to gather information about you, communicate with you, and advertise to you including entities that sponsor sweepstakes/contests, social media companies, companies that provide data analytics and targeted advertising services.

Please note, even if you opt out of promotional communications, we will continue to send to you non-promotional emails such as service notices related to your account, billing, transactions and orders.
- External Links
The Services may contain links to third-party applications and websites. These other applications, websites and domains operate with privacy policies beyond our control. All data practices related to information you provide to such companies is governed by their privacy policies and terms of use. We encourage you to review their policies prior to submitting any information to them. We are not responsible for your interactions with or any transactions that occur between you and such third-party websites or social media accounts.
- Security

Please keep in mind, however, that there is no such thing as perfect security, and no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Patriot Shaveis based in the U.S. and the information we collect will be transferred to, processed, and stored on our servers anywhere in the world, including to the U.S. The data protection laws and regulations applicable to your personal information upon transfer may be different from the laws in your country of residence.
- Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If you are below the age of 13, you should not interact with our Site or social media accounts. If we become aware that we have obtained personal information from an individual under age 13, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

- Right to Delete — You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by us subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information — You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. But as already stated, this point is irrelevant because Patriot Shave does not sell your Personal Information.
Please Note:
- We may still share your personal information with our service providers that help us perform functions that are necessary for our business such as vendors that host our Site, analytics processors, etc. These entities are contractually obligated to keep this information confidential and not use it for any purpose other than for the services they provide to our business.
- You may still receive ads from us that are not tailored to your interests.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA privacy rights. We do not use the fact that you have exercised or requested to exercise any CCPA rights for any purpose other than facilitating a response to your request.
Financial Incentive Offers - From time to time, we offer coupons, specials, or other discounts to consumers who have provided us with certain personal information, such as an email address. When we offer coupons, specials, or other discounts that may be deemed a financial incentive, the offer will include a description of the incentive offered, the material terms of the financial incentive, and how to opt-in. Please note that participating in incentive programs is entirely optional; you will have to affirmatively opt-in and you may opt-out of the program at any time by following the instructions in the applicable program description and terms.
Making a CCPA Request
You may make a CCPA request by:

Once we receive your request, we are required to verify that you are the person that is the subject of the request (the “Verification Process”). The Verification Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. Upon making a request, you will be asked to provide your email address. A confirmation email with a verification code will be sent to the email address you provide to verify that you are the subject of the request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to exercise any of the above California privacy rights on your behalf, subject to the agent request requirements of the CCPA. Authorized Agents may make requests under the CCPA on behalf of California Consumers by contacting us at privacy@patriotshave.com.
California’s Shine the Light Law. If you are a California resident, you are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Do Not Track Signals - California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. Because there currently isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
- Changes to the Policy
We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of this Site after any such updates constitutes your agreement to this Policy and any future revisions.
